Uganda 2026: Inspiration for Philadelphia

In March 2026, we (Igor & Andy) visited partner projects in Uganda to gather best practices for our school in Kiboga:

· FICA (Kampala): A modern, innovative learning model where students work individually at their own pace. Great motivation to grow, competitions, and alumni serving as inspiring role models. Top!

· Noah’s Ark: An impressive blend of education, social impact, and craftsmanship. "Nobodys becoming strong Somebodys." Whether it’s soap making, masonry, or shoemaking – lives are being transformed here.

· Vision for Africa (VfA): A blueprint for excellence. Fantastic school, beautiful grounds, and great facilities. The students build almost all the school's furniture themselves. Their professional printing press, pottery, and carpentry workshops set the standard for vocational training.

Our Goal: At Philadelphia, we want to go beyond academic knowledge and enable true self-sufficiency through agricultural and vocational branches.
