Talents Without Borders – Diversity in the Greenhouse
(Mit Nabayondo Sarah, Asiimwe Ronald und Namuwonge Lydia)
In the Greenhouse program in Philadelphia, we nurture the individual strengths of every student. We believe that every young person has a unique calling that can make Uganda a little better.
Three more talents and their journeys:
· Nabayondo Sarah: Sarah is an active member of our Greenhouse groups. She has learned to take responsibility for others and uses education as her path out of poverty. Her great goal is to become a "German Expert" to work as a bridge-builder and translator.
· Asiimwe Ronald: Ronald serves as the Chairperson of one of our Greenhouse groups. He is a natural leader who is passionately committed to the community. His goal is to take on responsibility in society through his future studies.
· Namuwonge Lydia: Lydia contributes as a secretary in organizing school life. She is disciplined and focused. Her dream is to achieve financial stability through her education to support her family and invest in the education of the next generation.
The Greenhouse Idea: We provide the protected space so that dreams can turn into tangible professions.
