Philadelphia Secondary School hosted two inspiring German friends, Andi and Egor, who conducted a two-day exchange training program aimed at equipping Philadelphia students with essential entrepreneurial skills. The program was designed to introduce students to the basics of starting and managing a business while encouraging them to think creatively about opportunities within their communities. Their visit created an exciting learning atmosphere where students were able to interact, learn, and gain practical knowledge from international mentors.

Throughout the two days, Andi and Egor guided the students through key steps involved in starting a business. They discussed how to identify problems in society, transform ideas into business opportunities, plan resources, and effectively promote products or services. The sessions were interactive and engaging, allowing students to share their ideas, ask questions, and participate in discussions that helped them better understand the world of entrepreneurship.

The training was not only educational but also inspiring for the students. It strengthened international cooperation and demonstrated the value of learning from different cultures and experiences. The school community is grateful to Andi and Egor for dedicating their time and knowledge to empower Philadelphia students, leaving them motivated to explore business ideas and develop skills that can positively impact their future. We are so grateful for the opportunity given to us by our greatest friends.
